Warringah Freeway Upgrade
Served as Head of Legal for the joint venture delivering the $1.18 billion Warringah Freeway Upgrade, with responsibility for end-to-end legal management, upstream and downstream contracting, claims, delay, risk allocation and disputes. The project was procured under an Incentivised Target Cost contract and involved key interfaces with the $4.24 billion Western Harbour Tunnel.
Major renewable energy construction project
Undertook commercial and claims work for a contractor on one of Australia's largest renewable energy construction projects, including payment claims, variation strategy, preparation under security of payment legislation and recovery pathways.
$15 billion property and construction group
Served as Chief Legal Officer of one of Australia's largest residential property development and construction groups, addressing critical disputes, Revenue NSW matters, financier risk and business-critical issues across an extensive portfolio of projects and corporate entities. At the time, the group's approximately $15 billion project pipeline comprised more than 22,000 apartments and 5,000 homes.
$2.7 billion infrastructure project
Acted as a senior lawyer through a top-tier international law firm, supporting a multinational Tier 1 construction company on a newly awarded $2.7 billion infrastructure project, including contract review, risk identification and preparation of downstream subcontract templates.
Government infrastructure and statutory decision-making
Seconded to the Government of Victoria as a senior lawyer across transport, energy, electricity infrastructure, ICT, public-private partnerships and major projects, advising on statutory approvals, variations, practical completion and asset-related decisions. This included work on the $26.1 billion North East Link, the largest investment in a road project in Victoria's history.
Copyright and brand protection dispute
Acted in complex copyright infringement proceedings concerning architectural and project-home designs, pursued through the courts and ultimately resolved on favourable confidential terms.
Trade mark registration opposition
Successfully represented a trade mark applicant in a defended opposition, securing registration following an in-person hearing, on instructions from a top-tier international law firm.

Appeared and advised as counsel in courts, tribunals, mediations, arbitrations and other dispute resolution forums across commercial law, corporations law, construction, insolvency, property, intellectual property, financial services and private international law matters.
